the Augusta TENNISEUM

at The Club at Raes Creek.

 

The Augusta Tenniseum is a broad collection of tennis memorabilia and items collected over many years representing virtually all generations of professional tennis players and world areas.

 

The Augusta Tenniseum’s primary focus is on TENNIS RACQUETS, including nearly 200 racquets signed by professional tennis players.  Located throughout the club you will find 30 cases of memorabilia.  Most of the racquets in the cases are signed by players.

 

You also will see racquets lining our ceilings from all eras from the invention of modern lawn tennis in 1870.  The earliest racquets are on the first floor and follow a general chronological order around the first and second floors.  You might just find your racquet from your earlier playing days!

 

DIRECTIONS to the Tenniseum at the Club at Raes Creek: turn off of Walton Way onto West Lake Forest, right onto Kerry, left at dead end and right at dead end.  See you there!
